The location was perfect, with attractions like Speicherstadt and St Pauli Piers within walking distance. The family room we booked was really good, with thoughtful touches for our kids like board games and a mini doll-house room. The staff, especially two helpful and proactive individuals, made our experience even better. The breakfast was delicious and the parking in the basement was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Hamburg.

The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious and modern. The hotel had a quirky and unique atmosphere, with a shop and bookshelves full of trinkets. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and the harbor by foot or public transport.

The location is great, with a bus stop right outside that takes you to the main station and the port. It is also within walking distance to the historic center, where you can admire refurbished warehouses and charming canals. there are plenty of cafes behind the hotel where you can enjoy a meal at a lower price compared to the expensive breakfast offered in the hotel.
The elevators are slow and often crowded, which can be quite inconvenient for guests trying to move around the hotel quickly.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city, being close to everything I wanted to visit. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including a cozy sitting area and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast buffet, which was a great way to start my day of exploring. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my trip.
